Job Description
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Role Overview This role is an end‑to‑end early‑career recruiting position supporting Microsoft’s EMEA Global Programs, focused on hiring interns, graduates, apprentices, and research talent in Ireland. The recruiter will own the full hiring lifecycle, including university sourcing, campus and virtual hiring events, candidate interviews, assessment centres and offer management, while delivering a strong and inclusive candidate experience. The role works closely with hiring managers and programme stakeholders in a fast‑paced, remote environment to build strong early‑talent pipelines for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications and shortlist early‑career candidates.
- Conduct first‑round virtual interviews.
- Plan, organize and run assessment centers and hiring events.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing → interviews → offers → close.
- Negotiate and extend offers; manage candidate expectations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and program stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local employment, visa, and discrimination laws.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring data.
Must‑Have Skills
- Early in Career / University recruiting experience (interns, graduates, apprentices).
- Strong sourcing strategy for campus hiring and internship pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- University partnerships / school engagement events
- Application screening & interview coordination
- Offer creation and negotiation
- Experience running assessment centres or bulk hiring events.
- ATS experience + strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates independently.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience hiring for global or EMEA programmes
- Background in a large multinational company
- Exposure to tech or research hiring (preferred)
- GitHub sourcing experience (preferred)
Experience Level Guidance
- 4+ years recruiting experience.
- Must have done end‑to‑end university hiring, not just coordination.
Additional Details
- Location: Ireland (Remote)
- Duration: 13 months contract
- Shift Timings: 8:00AM to 4:00PM (business hours)
- Pay Range: €196-207 /day (PAYE)
- Weekly Schedule: 39 hours

Pay Rate Range 196 - 207 EUR daily
