About The Role You'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to strengthen driver engagement, improve Trust & Safety performance, and enhance the overall driver experience across Romania.

You'll own initiatives ranging from driver communications, feedback programs, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to rewards programs that increase driver satisfaction, retention, and marketplace quality.

Success in this role means building an engaged driver community, improving Trust & Safety outcomes, and delivering initiatives that strengthen driver loyalty, retention, and marketplace quality.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead driver engagement initiatives — own communication channels, driver forums, feedback programs, and community-building activities that improve driver satisfaction, retention, and platform engagement.
• Drive Trust & Safety performance by supporting and coordinating Trust & Safety initiatives, identifying operational gaps, improving driver awareness of safety standards and policies, and contributing to a safer, more reliable marketplace experience.
• Build and manage strategic rewards partnerships — identify market needs and develop partnerships with external brands, fuel providers, banks, and other partners to create impactful driver rewards and benefits programs that strengthen driver loyalty and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end — take full ownership of driver-focused initiatives, collaborating closely with other functions, Marketing, Legal, Public Policy, and regional teams from problem identification through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, enhance the driver experience, and support sustainable growth in the marketplace.

About You

• You have 3–5+ years of experience leading cross-functional operational projects where stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution were critical.
• You have a strong operational and people-focused mindset — you understand how to turn driver feedback, engagement insights, and market needs into impactful initiatives that improve driver experience, retention, and marketplace performance.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented — you take ownership of challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and independently drive projects from idea to execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience leading initiatives that bring together internal and external stakeholders to create value— whether through rewards initiatives, strategic collaborations, community-building activities, or driver-focused campaigns that create long-term value.
• You are a strong communicator in Romanian, comfortable engaging with drivers, cross-functional stakeholders, local leadership, and regional teams.
• You are organised, data-driven, and comfortable working with operational metrics, Google Sheets / Excel, and performance tracking to support decision-making and measure impact.
