We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our international project teams in a fully remote environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating tasks, communicating across departments, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Assist project managers in planning and tracking project progress
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on tasks and deadlines
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates
• Support administrative tasks related to project execution

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
