Product Manager (FinTech, Payout Orchestrator)

• In this role, you will be leading the Payout Orchestrator team, whose goal is to orchestrate partner payout flows at Booking.com in a compliant, reliable, and scalable way
• Lead the planning and delivery of large scale modernization projects
• Leverage understanding of how payments works - within and outside Booking - in order to drive the discovery, planning and delivery of platform functions that enable faster and more reliable payments to our partners.
• Closely work with internal technical teams to ensure a comprehensive roadmap of features, prioritize them by impact and scale and drive the delivery
• Define KPIs for the product, track performance metrics, and iterate based on teams feedback

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Track record of handling a variety of external stakeholders
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built
• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques
• 6+ years of product management experience involving payments or financial products at a global tech company
• Experience leading and running platform products
• Expertise in defining and leading large scale refactoring projects
• Familiarity with operational excellence, reliability, compliance, or financial reconciliation in payments systems
