Who you are
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- 4–6 years of experience in product management in marketing, content, or technology environments
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools - using AI coding assistants, LLMs, or automation platforms to prototype working solutions yourself
- Experience translating strategic requirements into product specs, workflows and delivered solutions
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and bias for action
- Experience in content marketing operations, creative production workflows, or publishing at scale
- Experience managing external technology vendors or agency partners through a build/delivery cycle (SOWs, sprints, acceptance testing)
- Familiarity with DAM systems, workflow orchestration platforms (e.g. Asana, Workfront), content automation tools, and/or metadata/taxonomy standards
- Ability to write clear product documentation that non-technical stakeholders can act on and technical partners can build from
- Experience with experimentation and measurement - designing pilots, defining success metrics, and using data to make go/no-go decisions
- Experience driving adoption of new tools and workflows, understanding of change management
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly capable Product Manager who will help drive development of our Content Marketing operations capability, delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions that deliver at scale and impact for our customers, both cost-efficiently and effectively
- As part of EU Prime & Marketing’s Content Marketing & AI Enablement team, you will help define product requirements and success criteria for content capability tools across our production cycle; from brief intake, through creative development and trafficking, to post-campaign reporting
- You will manage the roadmap for your workstream, working backwards from end-user needs to define features, manage delivery through internal partner teams and/or external vendors, run pilots with relevant content marketing teams, and iterate based on real usage data
- You will be able to prototype solutions directly — using AI coding assistants and low-code tools to build, test and validate before scaling through engineering or vendor partners
- You will be the connective tissue between what our users need and what our technology can deliver — translating operational pain points into product specs and holding vendors accountable to timelines and quality bars
- The role will work closely with our Creative Operations Manager, Creative team, Content Delivery leads, as well as other internal stakeholder teams and external agency partners to continuously improve content quality, volume, variation and velocity of delivery across lifecycle and full-funnel marketing
- As a new team operating in a fast-moving, fast-evolving, and complex environment, we need someone who thrives on building structure from scratch, can identify what matters most, and has the operational discipline to make it stick
- The ideal candidate is a builder who gets energy from turning complex problems into working solutions — someone equally comfortable writing a product spec, running a vendor sprint, and sitting with end users to understand what's actually slowing them down
- Define product requirements, user stories and success criteria for content capability tools across the production cycle
- Own the delivery roadmap for your workstream - prioritising based on user impact, technical feasibility and strategic alignment
- Work backwards from end-user pain points to shape features, UX and acceptance criteria
- Develop and test AI-enabled products and workflows hands-on - using AI coding assistants (e.g. Kiro, Claude) to prototype product solutions and validate feasibility before committing to full engineering investment, as well as identifying where automation adds genuine value vs. where human judgement is required in workflow processes
- Run pilots and beta programs with content marketing teams across EU P&M; gather feedback, measure adoption, iterate
- Identify friction points in real workflows and rapidly iterate solutions before scaling
- Codify learnings into repeatable implementation patterns that can travel across EU markets
- Manage delivery through external vendors and internal partner teams - holding to timelines, quality bars and agreed scope
- Partner with Creative Operations, Content Delivery, and Creative teams to ensure tools integrate into existing production workflows
- Act as the connective tissue between end users, capability leads, and vendor delivery teams - translating needs in both directions
- Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks for each capability delivered
- Surface feature requests and enhancement needs from end users back into the roadmap
- Maintain clear documentation: product specs, decision logs, user guides, and vendor SOWs
