Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Product Financial Controller to join our Finance Controlling team in Tallinn, Estonia.

About The Role The Product Financial Controller position is accountable for the integrity and accuracy of financial accounts of the Bolt Group, assuring and supporting that input is booked based on IFRS, helps setting adequate data and process controls relevant to own domains.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Own product related accounting domains and serve as the SME for the assigned area.
- Participate in month closing process with focus on continuous improvements.
- Design, strengthen, and test internal controls .
- Participate in technical accounting discussions and support stakeholder alignment on judgments and positions relevant to owner domains.
- Review and challenge financial outputs, key reconciliations and variances to ensure integrity of results.
- Partner cross-functionally (Product, Commerce, Verticals, Finance departments and other relevant) to align financial logic and operational processes.
About you:
- You have, at least, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- You have a strong understanding of the controlling function.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
- You are able to work comfortably across multiple systems and tools, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while switching contexts.
- You are technology-savvy with proficiency in accounting and reporting software, Excel/GSheets, SQL.
