CAPI pixel hygiene conversion modeling.

You know what's real and what's noise. - Build the audience and creative library.

HOW YOU'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING 30 days: account audited tracking clean wasteful spend killed first experiments shipped. 90 days: Meta runs to a documented playbook with a creative library deep enough to sustain testing velocity.

WHO YOU ARE - 1-2 years (up to 3) of hands-on paid social experience with Meta at the core at a web-based SaaS or ecommerce company accountable for pipeline or revenue.

AI-native SaaS is a strong plus. - Sharp.

We care more about how you think than how long you've been doing this. - Direct media buyer.

You've built and run Meta campaigns yourself - your hands in Ads Manager your name on the results. - Comfortable with data.

You read the platform directly form a view and act. - Documented experimentation practice.

You can show the cadence and the wins. - AI-native daily workflow.

Claude generative creative tools and similar are core to how you work.
