Paid Media Manager, RBKS

Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest, Reddit, Nextdoor, etc.. This role requires deep agency experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Social campaigns in eCommerce, Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Electronics verticals. You will own end-to-end campaign management: from media planning and buying through to performance optimization and reporting while driving innovation through structured testing and creator-led paid activations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a data-driven mindset, and has a proven track record of scaling Paid Social programs internationally.

Scope: Owns end-to-end paid media execution across Ring and Blink portfolios in EU markets. Responsible for campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting across paid social, display, and programmatic channels.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Nextdoor, Reddit, and programmatic channels for Ring and Blink
• Manage campaign execution and creative trafficking within Smartly.io

Activate and scale Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA) campaigns including Sponsored Display, DSP, and video formats

• Own daily budget pacing, bid management, and audience strategy across platforms
• Deliver weekly performance reporting with recommendations tied to ROAS, POAS, CPA, and efficiency targets
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to brief and test modular ad formats
• Support tentpole events (Prime Day, BFCM, product launches) with dedicated media plans
• Build and run structured testing roadmaps across creative, audience, and bidding levers grounded in statistical rigor
• Partner with creators and influencers to develop and scale paid activations within TikTok Creator ecosystem and beyond

Leverage MMM and MTA frameworks to inform investment decisions and prove incrementality

• Operate within 3rd party tools (Smartly, Kenshoo/SKAI) to manage campaigns at scale
• Analyze campaign performance, surface insights, and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 Years of Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, and Nextdoor self-serve, Smartly.
