About The Role We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Rides team. You'll be responsible for supporting marketplace performance and driver growth by executing pricing, incentive, and driver earnings initiatives that directly impact the balance between supply and demand in your city. As an Operations Specialist, you'll have a direct and measurable impact on marketplace health, driver engagement, and business performance.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketplace strategies, helping ensure Bolt maintains a competitive and sustainable driver value proposition. You'll work closely with local and regional stakeholders, using data and operational insights to identify opportunities, address marketplace challenges, and improve overall performance.

This is a highly analytical and hands-on role. You'll be comfortable diving into marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities, while also collaborating across teams to turn insights into actions. Main tasks and responsibilities

• Marketplace performance — Monitor marketplace health through structured reporting and dashboards, identify imbalances, and recommend pricing or incentive actions that improve supply-demand efficiency and business performance.
• Data analysis and forecasting — Analyse driver and ride-level data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, while supporting forecasting and reporting on key metrics including rides, GMV, and ASP.
• Driver value proposition — Continuously evaluate and refine driver earnings, incentives, and marketplace initiatives to ensure Bolt remains competitive while maintaining financial sustainability.
• Competitive intelligence — Monitor competitor pricing, incentives, campaigns, and product developments, translating market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Tools and process improvement — Build and maintain operational tools, automate recurring analytical tasks, and develop scalable processes that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Cross-functional collaboration — Partner closely with Rides, Marketing, Driver Operations, and regional stakeholders to align priorities, improve marketplace processes, and ensure operational excellence.

About You

• 2–3 years of experience in an operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or marketplace-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Google Suite and large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, proactively solve problems, and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
• Curious, adaptable, and driven by data, with a strong interest in marketplace dynamics and operational excellence.
