Marketing Solutions Engineer (French Speaker)

• Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers
• This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio, spanning Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven, agentic customer communications
• This includes and is not limited to Marketing Cloud Next for omnichannel journeys, Salesforce Personalization for real-time offer and content decisioning, Marketing Intelligence for cross-channel analytics, and Salesforce Loyalty for developing and building trusted long-term customer relationships
• Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data 360 and how they enable customers to create hyper-personalized customer experiences
• Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through compelling software demonstrations and rapid prototyping, and deliver executive-level presentations that bring connected, data-driven customer experiences to life
• Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps, partnering with the customer, Account Executive, and Partners on discovery, analysis, and data-activation recommendations, including how emerging capabilities from Contentful and Qualified extend the Agentforce Marketing stack

• You have a proven ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for using marketing and data technologies to drive business outcomes
• You have a strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively present complex technical and data-centric concepts to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives
• You are fluent in English and at least another major European language
• You are “high-impact” minded blending Deal Making, Deal Closing, and Driving Ongoing Value — following clients through creating, activating, using, and expanding solutions, with a strategic data + AI lens
• You have proven experience in a role such as Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions
• You have knowledge of programming languages and at least two years of hands-on experience with Agentic marketing solutions
• You have experience in deployment, meaning whatever you are solutioning for a client has a production-grade prototype in mind
• You are AI versed and lean into coding agents, vibe coding that are shaping any asset, deliverable while focusing on scale but always having the actual understanding of the configuration and architecture of the components in mind
• You stay current on Customer Data Platform trends and data-driven marketing, and enjoy acting as a thought leader in the marketing technology space
• You have a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success
