Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing business or consulting roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience successfully influencing and working with executives internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new systems/frameworks, with particular attention to AI use cases in workflows and solution development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Background in UX/CX optimisation, including measuring business outcomes through testing.
  • Outstanding consulting, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to present to executives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios.

About The Job Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €78000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Deliver high-impact consultations: Partner with sales and their customers to identify growth opportunities, enhance their international offerings, and drive business for their clients. Analyze websites, connect agencies with expert partners, and implement solutions for seamless cross-border operations.
  • Cultivate expertise: Become a thought leader on international expansion. Build strong internal and external relationships to stay informed and share best practices with the agency ecosystem.
  • Proactively develop industry knowledge and relationships, both internal and external, to help develop the program in order to better respond to the challenges faced during international expansion.
  • Optimize and iterate: Continuously track results, gather feedback, and refine the program to scale its impact.
