Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team seeks a labor relations professional with deep Germany expertise to own and deliver LR strategy in one of EMEA's most complex co-determination environments.

About The Role As EMEA Labor Relations (LR) Manager, you'll serve as the dedicated LR partner for Germany — Amazon's most regulated corporate market in EMEA, with full co-determination rights, active Works Councils (Betriebsräte), and a dense works agreement landscape. You'll own the day-to-day LR strategy, ERB relationships, and stakeholder advisory for Germany across multiple Amazon lines of business.

This means navigating the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG), negotiating works agreements, managing consent and co-determination items, and building trust-based relationships with employee representatives — all while enabling business velocity in a high-growth environment.

Reporting to the DACH LR leader, you'll operate with significant autonomy while contributing to broader regional programmes, frameworks, and capability development.
