About the Team

The Early Careers team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract, and recruit high potential students.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

• Participate in campus recruitment strategy and operations, including campus recruitment policy formulation, strategy analysis, and project planning, to promote efficient implementation of the entire campus recruitment process
• Responsible for planning and executing campus activities such as campus presentations, campus special events, and themed salons, developing comprehensive activity plans, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure implementation, and enhancing campus recruitment promotion effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with key universities, coordinate company resources with university needs, understand university dynamics and student employment trends, and promote long-term university-enterprise cooperation relationships
• Long-term operation and maintenance of campus talent relationships, building and managing campus talent pools, understanding changes in student job-seeking needs, and continuously recruiting high-potential talent for the company
• Establish and improve the full-chain data system for campus recruitment, analyze and review campus recruitment conversion efficiency, activity effectiveness, talent market, and recruitment strategies to provide support for optimizing campus recruitment policies, university-enterprise cooperation, and recruitment strategies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, all majors welcome
• Strong project management skills and goal orientation, with a sense of responsibility and self-motivation to efficiently drive project progress and ensure results
• Good interpersonal awareness and excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of addressing needs from universities, students, and internal stakeholders
• Basic data analysis capabilities, meticulous and detail-oriented work approach, able to complete campus recruitment data statistics, review analysis, and identify and solve problems from data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government/enterprise or university partnership projects
• Experience in organizing large-scale campus events
