Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into clear insights that drive product and business decisions. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to understand customer behavior, measure product performance, and enable data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build reliable datasets, dashboards, and reports.
- Analyze product performance and customer behavior.
- Apply statistical techniques to answer business questions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Communicate insights through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Ensure data quality and contribute to scalable analytics solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (or higher) in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
- Good understanding of statistics and analytical methods.
- Preferred: Knowledge of causal inference, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience building dashboards and communicating insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
