ABOUT BITSTACK It all started with an idea in 2021.

Initially built to democratize Bitcoin in France Bitstack has gone from a simple product that invests spare change in bitcoin to a crypto-native bank bringing a better way to save spend and grow money to our 300K+ users.

We want to rebuild finance from the ground up to empower people to achieve financial freedom by participating in a more open and inclusive financial system.

We are building a product our users love and we are just getting started!

The Role This isn't a traditional Country Manager role.

You won't inherit a large local team or simply execute a marketing plan.

Instead you'll own one of the company's most important strategic priorities: Build Spain into Bitstack's second core market.

You'll become the internal expert on Spain working directly with the founders and partnering with our Product Growth Engineering Design Brand Data Operations Compliance and Customer Support teams.

Every day you'll ask one question: What is preventing Bitstack from becoming the leading Bitcoin savings platform in Spain?

Then you'll help the company solve it.

What You'll Be Doing You'll own Bitstack's success in Spain by: - Developing our go-to-market strategy and identifying the biggest growth opportunities - Building a scalable acquisition engine with our central Growth team - Developing partnerships across the Spanish fintech media and creator ecosystem - Bringing deep customer and market insights to influence our product roadmap - Coordinating local launches campaigns and market initiatives - Representing Bitstack with partners journalists creators and the broader startup ecosystem This isn't about owning every function.

It's about making every function more successful in Spain.

What Success Looks Like Within 12–18 months you'll have helped: - Make Spain Bitstack's largest international market - Build profitable and scalable customer acquisition - Establish Bitstack as a trusted consumer fintech brand in Spain - Create the playbook we'll use to expand across Europe Ultimately you'll be measured by one outcome: has Spain become another France?

Who You Are You're a builder.

You enjoy creating businesses more than managing them.

You're highly commercial deeply customer-focused data-driven and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

You naturally connect growth product partnerships and operations to solve problems.

Most importantly you take ownership and care about outcomes more than job descriptions.

What We're Looking For - 8+ years of experience in high-growth consumer technology - Experience scaling a consumer fintech payments company or another regulated digital business in Spain - Experience launching or growing new markets is a strong plus - Strong commercial instincts and analytical thinking - Excellent cross-functional leadership - Native Spanish and fluent English - Existing network across the Spanish fintech ecosystem is a plus - Knowledge of Bitcoin or digital assets is a plus Why Bitstack?

You'll work directly with the founders own one of our highest-priority strategic initiatives and help define how Bitstack expands across Europe over the coming years.

Interview Process 1.

Introductory Call (45 min) — An initial conversation with our People Lead to get to know you better share more details about the role and give you an overview of the process. 2.

Conversation with the CEO (60 min) — A conversation covering topics relevant to the role such as your approach to building a market partnerships and go-to-market strategy to understand your thinking and judgment. 3.

Interview with the Marketing Team (60 min) — A deeper conversation with your future collaborators covering day-to-day collaboration experience and team fit. 4.

Leadership Interview with the CTO & CFO (60 min) — A conversation centred on your experiences decision-making and ownership mindset and how you'll work cross-functionally with the wider leadership team. 5.

Office Visit — A visit to meet the leadership team and the Marketing team in person.
