About The Role Bolt Business is landbanking in Finland, and we are looking for a founding-tier Business Development Manager to spearhead our market entry. This isn't about managing a slow-moving, legacy portfolio—it’s about pioneering a new territory from the ground up.

As a Business Development Manager for Finland, you will leverage your deep understanding of SMB, SME, and enterprise clients to forge strong corporate relationships and confidently articulate the value of our B2B platform. In this market-launch role, you will take part in building a localized sales strategy, directly engaging with decision-makers to showcase how our corporate mobility solutions streamline business travel and expense management.

This position offers an ideal opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who excels in rapid-growth environments and wants to be a foundational member of our regional expansion. You will play a pivotal role in driving Bolt Business's market entry in Finland, taking full ownership of building a net-new customer pipeline and directly fueling our aggressive Nordic growth plans.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales funnel by actively processing leads, prospecting, executing cold outreach, and closing deals to build a healthy pipeline. Your focus will be on driving high-quality inputs at the top of the funnel and maintaining strong conversion rates to consistently achieve your output targets.
  • You will design and implement deliberate, strategic outreach campaigns aimed at building robust corporate relationships with medium-sized businesses. Through these targeted efforts, you will navigate the mid-market landscape to successfully secure and finalize newly acquired business contracts.
  • You will consistently hit and exceed your sales targets by deploying effective sales strategies, pinpointing high-potential customer segments, and continuously analyzing your pipeline metrics to optimize performance. Your success in driving this growth will directly translate into maximized earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
  • You will maintain transparent and consistent communication channels with leadership by delivering structured updates on pipeline health, overall commercial progress, and key revenue wins.
  • You will act as a vital bridge between the market and our internal Product teams, translating direct feedback from your sales interactions into actionable insights that help adapt and evolve our business solutions to match the specific needs of local companies.

About You

  • You bring at least 5 years of high-velocity B2B sales experience under your belt, with a proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing deals directly with SMEs, mid-market and enterprise companies. You are genuinely hooked on the thrill of the chase, bringing a hyper-focused, results-oriented mindset that views ambitious targets as a baseline to shatter rather than a ceiling to hit.
  • You are a natural hunter who excels at sourcing your own pipeline, commanding the room, and turning cold prospects into high-revenue partnerships. Because building trust is second nature to you, you seamlessly network and close deals in both fluent Finnish and English, making you equally effective with local decision-makers and our global internal teams.
  • You don't just rely on intuition; you possess a highly analytical, data-driven approach to sales, treating your CRM—ideally Salesforce—as a strategic playbook to track metrics and optimize your daily outreach. You bring a strong sense of ownership to the table, meaning you don't wait around for instructions or leads—you take the initiative, solve roadblocks independently, and run your territory like your own business.
  • You are energized by the challenge of pioneering an untapped market, thriving in the ambiguity of launching a new service, creating fresh corporate use cases, and successfully convincing companies to ditch their old habits for a better way to move.
