Internal Systems & Operations Engineer Technical

Now we are looking for a System Engineer to support maintain and continuously improve our internal infrastructure and systems used across the company.

This role is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on DevOps and system engineering with real ownership over internal operations working closely with multiple teams to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support and maintain internal systems and tools focusing on reliability access management and smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

• Conduct regular access reviews for internal systems communicating with managers and asset owners to validate permissions and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Build maintain and support internal systems and processes to analyze planned vs. actual payments for IT tools subscriptions and vendors.

• Work closely with internal developers and stakeholders to support the deployment and operation of internal applications and services.

• Participate in incident management and operational processes including investigations documentation and post-incident reviews.

• Support and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab) and maintain internal web infrastructure such as Nginx at an operational level.

• Monitor system health and performance respond to issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve infrastructure and application-level problems.
  

About You:

• You are comfortable supporting and improving internal systems and tools focusing on reliability access management and smooth day-to-day operations rather than deep platform engineering.

• You have hands-on experience with modern infrastructure and CI/CD at an operational level and are eager to learn and grow while working closely with internal teams.

• You are proactive organized and enjoy improving internal processes documentation and automation to make work easier across the company.

• Experience or strong interest in building and supporting internal operational and finance-related systems such as cost tracking usage monitoring and automation.

• Able to investigate incidents work with audit logs identify root causes and support post-incident reviews and remediation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills able to collaborate with engineers finance security and other stakeholders and to clearly document processes and decisions.
