Du unterstützt unser Team umfassend in allen Bereichen, insbesondere bei Back-Office-Funktionen. Dabei erhältst du einen direkten Einblick in unsere operativen Prozesse – ideal, wenn du dein Studium mit praxisnaher Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld ergänzen möchtest.

Deine Aufgaben

Operations & Office Management:

• Office Management: Koordinierung des Office-Setups mit dem Office-Anbieter
• Erhaltung der Räumlichkeiten, Verpflegung etc.
• IT-Support, Management des Postsystems, Ansprechpartner für weitere Supportfunktionen für administrative Tätigkeiten in DE
• Koordinierung lokaler Events und Mitarbeiterbindung (Workplace Experience, Contact Person and Representative)
• Kontaktperson für die Personalverwaltung: vor allem erster Kontakt für Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern
• Administrative Unterstützung für C-Level Leadership am Standort

Was du mitbringst

• Interesse an Office Management, Operations oder Personalverwaltung
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Offenheit, verschiedene Aufgaben zu übernehmen und im Team anzupacken
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
